Tiffany Soares Daza is currently an ESL instructor at Middlesex College in New Jersey. She holds degrees in Linguistics and ESL Education from Montclair State University and is also a certified Spanish bilingual teacher. Throughout her career, her teaching has focused on academic reading and writing development as well as phonology and pronunciation instruction. She has presented professional development workshops for educators on topics including AI-assisted instruction, revision, critical thinking strategies, and digital platforms for student engagement. In 2018 – 2019, Tiffany served as a Fulbright English Teaching Assistant in Logroño, Spain. She still returns to the small city nestled in the Ebro Valley to visit her host family and enjoy the famous pintxos on Calle Laurel.
