Dr. Ilise Feitshans, Invited Professor ISTerre University of Grenoble, began the first doctorate about law of nanotechnology in Switzerland after serving in the United Nations, Geneva Switzerland as coordinator of the global encyclopedia of safety and health. This synthesized her work experience and studies in law (Georgetown University, and former Member of the Faculty Columbia University School of Law) and public health (Johns Hopkins University). Her award-winning thesis became the blueprint for the book GLOBAL HEALTH IMPACTS OF NANOTECHNOLOGY LAW.
