Recent Visit to Congressman Pallone’s office
On August 21, Board members Kevin Merges, Joyce Richardson and Pat Hutchinson visited Congressman Frank Pallone’s New Brunswick office. The NJ Fulbright team updated District Field Representative Kevin Ospina on the program’s benefits nationally and to New Jersey and thanked the Senator for his support of Congressional appropriations for the Fulbright Program.
Watchung Reservation Visit
Where:
Watching Reservation Historic Trail, Mountainside, NJ 07092. Meet in the lobby of the Trailside Nature & Science Center, and then walk the trails to historic Feltville and back (1.5 to 2-hour nature walk). Our guide will be CUNY architect and scientist Mariano Alemany. Please check the Watchung Reservation website for details about the reservation.

A few details:
Bring a bottle of water and a bag lunch. Wear comfortable walking shoes. If the weather’s been wet, you may want boots.
Reservations required — please email Richard Marranca to reserve a space. This is a family-friendly event–all are welcome! If it rains, the hike will be postponed. Rain date will be announced via email to those who have registered.
